The Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway is a 109 km long , four-lane, access-controlled expressway currently under construction in Gujarat, India. This state-of-the-art expressway will seamlessly connect Sardar Patel Ring Road near Sarkhej (Ahmedabad) to Adhelai village (Bhavnagar district) via the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR).

The Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway is being built in four packages, with leading infrastructure companies handling its execution: 1. Sarkhej (Ahmedabad) – Sindhrej (Ahmedabad)- Length-: 22.0 km, Contractor-: Sadbhav Engineering
3. Vejalaka (Ahmedabad) – Dholera SIR (Ahmedabad)- Length-: 22.5 km, Contractor-: GHV India
4. Dholera SIR (Ahmedabad) – Adhelai (Bhavnagar)- Length-: 38.0 km, Contractor-: DRA Infracon
Project Status & Key Updates
April 2020 – Sindhrej (Ahmedabad)- NHAI issued tenders for expressway construction.
August 2020 – Vejalaka (Ahmedabad)- EPC contracts awarded to Sadbhav Engineering (Package 1 & 2), GHV India (Package 3), and Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon (Package 4).
April 2022 – Construction work commenced and is progressing rapidly.
June 2025- Expected project completion and operational launch.
